Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why, who helps handle it, and what you can ask me to do with it. In plain English.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to send us through a form, a booking, or an email.
  • We use it to reply to you, send what you asked for, and talk about working together.
  • We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

myAiMentor.ai is a service of truDemand, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers the website at myaimentor.ai, including its contact form, the AI Opportunity Check, and the booking calendar.

The myAiMentor Academy at academy.myaimentor.ai runs on a separate course platform. When you create an account or buy a course there, that platform's terms and privacy policy also apply.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, business name, email address, what your business does, and where you're stuck.
  • AI Opportunity Check: your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to us unless you ask for a copy of your results. If you do, we receive your first name, email address, your answers, and your results.
  • Worksheet and email tips: when you download a free worksheet or sign up for our emails, we receive your first name, email address, and whether you asked to receive our emails.
  • Booking a call: when you book through the calendar, you give your name, email address, and any notes you add. The booking is handled by Cal.com.
  • Email: anything you send us at hello@myaimentor.ai.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running.
  • Cookies: a small number of cookies, described in the Cookies section below.

We don't use analytics or advertising tools on this site, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and answer your questions.
  • To send you a copy of your AI Opportunity Check results, and follow up about them.
  • To schedule and prepare for calls you book.
  • To scope, deliver, and support work if we end up working together.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We don't add you to a marketing list without asking. Every email we send you after the first conversation will make it easy to tell us to stop.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We use a few service providers to run the site, and they only handle your information to provide their service to us:

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. In general:

  • Contact form messages, Opportunity Check results, and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together.
  • If you become a client, project records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long afterward as tax, accounting, or legal rules require.
  • Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own policies.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See Your rights.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that's wrong.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop contacting you.

Email hello@myaimentor.ai with your request. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by replying from the email address we have on file. We'll respond within 30 days, and within the timeframe your state's law requires if that's shorter. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Some states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, give residents specific privacy rights. If one of those laws applies to you, we'll honor the rights it gives you. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll review it.

California residents

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, from you directly or automatically, for the purposes described in How we use it:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, IP address.
  • Commercial information: business name and the details you share about your business.
  • Internet activity: basic server log information.

We disclose these only to the service providers listed above, for business purposes. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing information about anyone under 16.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reputable providers that protect the information they hold. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive details through our forms or by email.

Children

This site is for business owners and their teams. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
